Sam's practice has been in business for more than 40 years, working with clients in all facets of real estate law. He represents both Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate to ensure that proper procedures are followed during the acquisition or sale of property. If you are purchasing with lender financing, which most first-time homebuyers usually are, he can handle the closing for both you and the bank. This makes for a controlled, smooth transaction. Sam and his staff will go over all financial figures with you prior to closing so that we have ample time to answer any questions. We also handle landlord and tenant issues.
In addition to practicing real estate law, Sam also provides legal services in probate law. He will assist the Personal Representative of a Will (if one was appointed) or the beneficiaries of an estate navigate through the probate process as they work to settle an estate, such as finding and inventorying assets of the estate, paying all the debts the estate may have, or distributing the assets and settling the estate.
Sam assists clients with drafting a will or trust to protect their family and primary residence. He drafts Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and other Elder Planning. Everyone can benefit from having a written plan in place to ensure their assets, small or large, are preserved and protected as they age and after their death.
Sam can also assist with matters related to Family Law. He represents individuals in divorce proceedings, adoptions, guardianships, and child custody. His services include drafting custody agreements, wills, prenuptial agreements, and other documents.
Finally, if you are a small business, we can also work with you on matters related to your business or company.
